Practical Support
If you don’t have your own public relations staff – or if you need reinforcements from time to time – we can step in.
Whether it is for a single story or a longer campaign, we can work with you to plan, identify and create the right material; and we will seek to place it with the most appropriate media on your behalf.
If journalists and photographers visit you, we can help you to get your key messages across. We will
• create information packs for the journalists and identify photo opportunities;
• organise the timetable of the visit, including tours of the site and interviews or question-and-answer sessions with key staff and pupils;
• brief and prepare those staff and pupils, and chaperone them to try and ensure that the discussion stays ‘on message’.
Our service is flexible and can be tailored to your public-relations needs:
• We can attend your school at regular intervals – say, once a month – to help you to maintain your presence among your target markets.
• We can be present for an intensive period to support a short-term campaign.
• We can be available by phone and email to advise your in-house team as needed.
• Or you can look to us to take the initiative and propose PR opportunities to you in response to national debates and events.
