The following exemplars showcase just some of the ways in which we have helped schools thrive but, as you would expect, we have not named the school in order to safeguard confidentiality.
- A bi-lingual school in a major European city was considering how to extend its model. Which language combinations, in which locations and for what ages would be likeliest to succeed?
- The Governors of a girls’ school had decided to go co-ed. Was this decision robust? If so, how could it be made to succeed? We undertook a discreet survey of the competitive arena, analysed where students might come from and made informed predictions about the behaviour of their own students in the future. We also assisted with the planning of communications with parents and local stakeholders, and prepared a short and long-term marketing plan.
- The new Chair of Governors at a Senior School in the south-east, conscious that decisions of critical importance needed to be made, invited us to help him plan the Governors’ away-day. We provided background data, helped set objectives for the day, facilitated the meeting and provided a detailed meeting report.
