An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, innovative and forward-thinking educationalist to join Latymer Upper's Senior Leadership Team as Deputy Head (Academic).
Start date – September 2019
Established on its current site in Hammersmith in 1895, the Latymer Upper School of today consists of a vibrant, fully co-educational pupil body of approximately 1,220 girls and boys from all over West London and beyond. The School admits entrants from both the state and independent sector and has one of the most ambitious bursary programmes in the country, delivered through The Latymer Foundation, which underpins the whole ethos of the School.
The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of school leadership and will play a key role in further improving academic provision, shaping future strategy and developing middle leadership throughout the School.
This is a broad role and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment in strategic leadership at a senior level. You will be a highly diplomatic individual and an exceptional communicator, capable of delivering results through outstanding leadership and teamwork.
