The Governors are seeking to appoint a forward-thinking, innovative and visionary Head with a proven background of leadership and senior management, who will embrace the special ethos of the School and take it into the future.

The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning, and particularly committed to providing excellent education for girls. The Governors will be looking for an energetic, eloquent and empathetic leader who relishes the interface with parents.
A clear insight into the London Independent senior school transfer context is preferred, but not necessary.
