RSAcademics Senior Consultant – Strategy, Marketing and Research

Flexible location

In recent years, RSAcademics has experienced tremendous growth and we are delighted to be seeking experienced marketers to join our team of schools’ marketing experts.

Founded in 2002 by Russell Speirs, RSAcademics is considered by many to be the UK’s leading and most established consultancy specialising in the provision of support to independent schools in the UK and internationally. We provide a wide range of services in the areas of strategy, marketing strategy and research, philanthropy, and the recruitment and development of senior staff.

Are you commercially astute, passionate about marketing, knowledgeable about research, able to inspire clients and driven by a desire to provide an outstanding service?

Do you love working with schools but would like a more varied or challenging role? Can you work with schools to help them recruit and retain pupils; improve their communications; write and deliver strategic marketing plans; research parent, pupil and staff satisfaction and opinion; and assist with the recruitment of senior members of their marketing teams?

This is what we do at RSAcademics.

RSAcademics’ experience is unrivalled. Our team is made up of some of the best education marketers in the country.  If you are one of those and are considering your next career move then we would like to hear from you.

Previous experience of marketing in both independent schools and the broader commercial world is highly desirable. Training/mentoring is provided.
